Welcome home to Fierce Fitness Mobile Training!!
As I'm sure you are aware by now, we are open, but with changes!
Changes to our Personal Training Services are as follows:
  • Mobile training services are suspended until further restrictions are lifted
  • Fierce Fitness Mobile Training will be focusing on 1 on 1 personal training in the gym. This will ensure that you will be the only one at the gym for your training session. There are currently no evening sessions available
  • There is now a strict 30 minute cleaning routine done between clients to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone
  • There will be an health assessment done for everyone before entering the building and starting their sessions
  • You must wash or sanitize your hands as soon as you enter the building, no exceptions, this goes for trainers too
  • There will be new sanitation stations throughout the gym. Please use them whenever you feel the need to.
  • We are not accepting any Drop In's at this time.  Please call to make an appointment for the safety of everyone.
Changes to Fierce Fitness Mobile Training - Group classes are as follows:
  • ​ Group classes will be run in the evenings only (except Saturdays) and on these days/time:
    Monday - 5:30-7pm
    Tuesday - 5:30-7pm
    Thursday - 5:30-7pm
    Saturday - 9am-10:30am
  • Indoor classes will be limited to 5 people only to allow for Social Distancing.  These spots will fill up fast so sign up for classes will be mandatory, NO DROP INS (until restrictions are lifted)
  • There will be marked spots on the floor to ensure social distancing while exercising. Please be mindful of where you are at during your workouts.
  • When you arrive for class, please collect your equipment needed (a list will be provided at the beginning of class) and take to your designated area.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF EQUIPMENT. All equipment will be sanitized after class with the gym.
  • Outdoor classes for July and August will be running with a limit of 10 people per class. You MUST BRING YOUR OWN MATS!
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE GYM
  • If you are displaying signs of Covid-19
    • Fever (i.e. chills/sweats) or cough (new or worsening)
      • Or: two or more of the following symptoms (new or worsening):
        • sore throat
        • runny nose/ nasal congestion
        • headache
        • shortness of breath
  • Around someone who is displaying signs of Covid-19
  • If you or someone you know have travelled outside of the Atlantic Bubble in the last 14 days
