Fierce Fitness Mobile Training understands that everyone has different goals and ambitions and we have set ourselves up to tailor to the individual, as well as offering group training. All that is required from you is a strong desire to change and improve!
Where will we train? We want to be accessible for everyone so we made 2 options depending on what you require:
1) We bring the gym to you!
Not comfortable in a gym with others? Value your privacy? Want to tackle this and keep it low key? No problem! We would be more than happy to bring the equipment needed for each session with us to you and train you in the privacy of your own home or outside in an area of choosing by both parties. The best part of working out with us is you don’t need a big fancy home gym or large amount of space. We work with what we have so it's accessible to everyone!
Sessions are booked (to the best of our ability) around your schedule, whether that be early morning, late evening, or during a lunch break at work. We want you to be able to maximize your available time, whilst receiving the ultimate training service.
2) You come to Fierce Fitness Mobile Training Center in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia!
Crowded gyms are a thing of the past!

First thing's first... lets just sit and chat about what your fitness goals are. What are you hoping to achieve? What are your goals? What are your strength and weaknesses? In order to proceed with the best course of action / plan for you and your goals, it is important that we are honest with each other about what is realistically expected and needed from both parties in order to achieve said goals. We will also chat about nutrition, overall health and lifestyle concerns.
We want to be able to give you the tools and knowledge to make healthy choices and still feel like you're not being restricted.
