"A good friend and I decided it was time to get some help to get in shape, so we found Selina Whiting and signed up for 24 shared training sessions. We have her come twice a week and, after only 11 sessions, I am down 22 lbs. and 2 sizes! Selina is extremely motivational, since she has lost so much weight herself. She comes prepared and we work hard for the hour she is with us. Working out on my own in between sessions, I do my best but I always seem to be able to work harder with Selina there for guidance and motivation. Although I still have a ways to go, it is good to feel my muscles developing and my body becoming toned. Our workouts are never boring and Selina brings different exercises every time to mix things up and be sure all the muscle groups get a good workout. I have tried to lose weight in the past on my own, but there is a world of difference with a professional involved and I know this time I am doing it right and it will last! Selina does before and after pictures, nutritional advice and lets us know what to do for exercises in between sessions. I am continually amazed at what a difference Selina has made in my motivation and success on this journey. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy exercise because I am seeing and feeling results!"

"I am so excited about having Selina as a personal trainer. She has given me the motivation that I needed to get in shape and lose weight. Every session with Selina is different, making sure that we are working all muscle groups. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but is very motivational as well. "When Selina first started as my fitness trainer, I thought that I was in relatively good shape; it soon became apparent that was not the case. I found the workouts to be enjoyable but challenging - exactly what I wanted. She kept motivated throughout the program but held me accountable for achieving my fitness goals. I really enjoyed the variety of exercises from free weights, to cardio to body weight, all of which kept the exercises from becoming routine and boring. I still hate the burpees, but now I can knock them off in no time. After 3 months of training, I am in the best shape I have been in years.
