Lisa Surette Yoga

Class is held at Fierce Fitness Mobile Training every
​Wednesday Evening at 7 PM. 

This all-level class is designed to cultivate heat in the body by moving through postures using breath and mindfulness. We allow breathing pauses in the pose to explore the posture further in your own body. 

Welcome to Yoga with Lisa!
I took my first yoga class about 13 years ago, and I'm here to tell you, it was hard.  But for the first time I could remember, everything else disappeared.  I didn't think of anything else.  The only thing in my thoughts was take a breath, move this part of my body, take another breath and move that part of my body.  There were no ringing phones, there was no where I needed to be, no work to be done.  It was just me at that moment.  I felt powerful, in control, present and strong.  I felt like I was home, in my own body.  I knew right away it's what I wanted to help others with... to have the ability to feel home within themselves. 
​What Yoga with Lisa Offers
It's a safe space built on love, alignment, breath, gratefulness and community.  Regardless of the stage of life you're at, or what shape you're in, you are always welcome to show up just as you are.  There is always something yoga can do for your body - both mentally and physically.  

 I am so honored (and SO excited) for the opportunity that Fierce Fitness Mobile Training has given to me to grow within this community!  With me, I bring over 10 years of yoga and meditation practices and over 4 years of practicing Reiki at a Level 2 (practitioner level).
I look forward to moving, breathing and finding stillness with you.  I'll meet you on your mat where you are.  All levels are welcome.

Drop ins are welcome, however will have to wait outside if class is fully reserved.  If you have reserved a spot and have not shown up or reached out) within 5 minutes to class, your spot will be given to someone waiting as a drop in.   Indoor class is currently capped to 8 students and outdoor class is currently capped at 25.
