Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnimon
1 tsp agave nectar.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and Enjoy!
